Telehealth Consultations
Bendigo Urology provides video-consultation (or Telehealth) services to reduce travel and potential exposure in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Video-consultations may be done on your computer with webcam, an iPad/tablet or mobile phone.
You will need:
1. Internet or 4G data access
2. An email address with access to your inbox on computer, tablet or phone
3. To give your consent for us to be able to perform your consultation by Telehealth
Organising a Telehealth consultation
Telehealth consultations are by appointment, just like other specialist consultations. We screen all consultations to be sure that they are appropriate for Telehealth.
We are only offering Telehealth for review patients at the moment. Please email us by clicking on the link or call 5442 6330 to speak to Reception.

Why can't I use Telehealth for all doctor visits?
Not all consultations are appropriate for Telehealth. Your doctor can't examine you, for one thing!
Also, there are Medicare restrictions on who can and can't have Telehealth consultations.
